We’re in a war.
If you’ve ever tried to do something truly amazing, you know what I’m talking about.
Back stabbing. Front stabbing.
Doubters. Pouters.
Liars.
Every time you try something truly special, you will find someone to doubt you. Every time you make it to the top, someone’s ready to knock you down.
Your heart will get broken. You will get tired.
It’s no wonder so many people choose to stick to their 9-5 job and forego the risk and pain of doing something special with their life.
But you are different.
You get up. You want more. You don’t settle.
You are a warrior.
Be proud of that tonight,
Aaron@Biebert

And, tonight, as it has been for the past two weeks, I am a midnight warrior…because I have a vision…I want more…I won’t settle. You very well could have written this post for me, @AaronBiebert:disqus …it speaks to the feelings that I have been experiencing with the new journey that I am on…it speaks to all warriors who see their vision as clearly as the nose on their faces…I have been broken…I am tired…I don’t sleep…but, I am not letting that stop me…in fact, I am motivated. Thank you from a late night warrior!
Claudia
I know broken because I have been there and maybe I still am. But at the same time if you are still moving then you aren’t really broken, are you.
Those moments of a broken spirit are probably some of the greatest teaching moments gifted to us….IF we allow ourselves to listen…you, Jack, listen with your heart…and you learn.
Maybe, but that heart has been lying to me for years so I am not so sure it is reliable. ;)
I hear you Jack. Sometimes wonder why my heart likes to get me into all kinds of new crazy ventures/trouble.
Love this! It means so much to have just one other person to believe in you, to encourage you, online or off. And it’s crazy how it takes just one person to deflate you.
And when all else fails you pull yourself up and keep walking if only because you have nothing better to do. And usually that’s enough!
Thanks, Aaron.
The power of one person is often underestimated. Sometimes it’s others, sometimes it ourselves.
Great thoughts Betsy. Thanks!
Amen, Brother.
Thank you.
:-)
You are welcome!
Amen! It’s all about making change our own responsibility. Don’t wait for permission or a title or “perfect” conditions. Always believe in the relentless pursuit of making an impact for the better. Some days it is very easy because of an innate passion and knowing your calling in life. Some days it just has to be a very intentional decision to forge ahead even though it feels the furthest thing from easy and rewarding. It will inevitably be worth it in the long run. Always lead with the end in mind and YOU can make greatness happen.
Thanks for sharing. Love this!
