Love People, Use Things

As we get ready for our fall internship program, I’m giving some thought to what I’d like our interns to take away from the program.  I think this is it:
Love People, Use Things.  Not the other way around.

We started the Clear Medical Agency division back in 2007 to focus on people and their needs and to ultimately make a difference in the world by serving one person, one facility at a time.  Slowly but surely, we’ve add more and more people and facilities to our family (3 new hospitals in July), and I honestly believe that our people have changed their part of the world.

Granted, since we’re humans, we’ve also made some mistakes along the way as well.

However, the guiding principle that we’ve tried to live by since Day 1 was the love of people and their individual strengths and personalities.  We’ve built a culture of caring, and I think it’s made all the difference in the world.

I believe that’s where it all begins…

By the way, if you know of any bright, caring college students that are looking for a great internship, please send them our way.  We’re looking for 6, and we’ve got a couple openings left.
