Dear Loser…

Dear loser,

I want you to know that I lose too. We all do.

The difference between a winner and a loser is your attitude.

Succesful People Have Different Answers

Losers let losing define them. They let losing be their judgment, instead of their stepping stone. They spend the rest of their time trying to make excuses, instead of making improvements. Losers don’t win, because they see a loss as the end, not the beginning.

Winners see losing as a way to measure progress and know that they are pushing themselves. Losing means they’re not where they need to be…yet. Losing means needing to make adjustments. Losing is progress.

Winners don’t lose, they just run out of time.

Don’t be a loser tonight,

Aaron @Biebert

Aaron, I just read this.Hope you love it, too.:
“The defeated are those who never fail.

Defeat means that we lose a particular battle or war. Failure does not allow us to go on fighting.

Defeat comes when we fail to get something we very much want. Failure doesnot allow us to dream. Its motto is : “Expect nothing and you won’t be disappointed.”

Defeat ends when we launch into another battle. Failure has no end; it is a lifetime choice.

Defeat is for those who, despite their fears, live with enthusiasm and faith.

Defeat is for the valiant. Only they will know the honor of losing and the joy of winning.”

I’ve always disliked the term loser, it’s so defeatist :) but when I saw your post, of course I had to read it- and of course it’s right on track :) very much enjoyed this. We all fall, I have always said we have a choice – we can fall and just lie there and cry at the situation – or we get up and we learn and maybe we fall again and again but each time we get smarter and stronger and eventually we find the balance through all those falls to move forward. Falling is part of the journey.

Thanks for this simple and beautiful “letter” :)

I was worried that calling this “Deal Loser” would be too much. Glad you still checked it out.

Thanks so much for the comment. I love your thoughts on falling. Winners get up. Losers lay there.

    You’re awesome Mila!

    Aaron,

Today could not have been a better day for you to post such an inspirational piece. The truth of the matter is that you can’t be a success without losing as you say. The bigger the loss, the smaller the win and you still can end up with the largest piece of satisfaction one can obtain in this life.

Hey Michael, glad you liked it. It was meant to be encouraging. :-)
